RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :

  • The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.
  • The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
  • The product received does not match the size ordered.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our Customer Services department for a return and full refund to be made.

This is only applicable for orders delivered within India  for international orders we don’t have refund policy but on exceptional case we use to care case by case

Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns

Cash on delivery is not available on custom orders.

Return is not available on sale items

Items purchased can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

No exchange or return is available on items bought using promotional codes

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE RETURN?

The return  can be requested through online at zaitoonlifestyle.com.

In addition, please call our customer care no +919871610174  or email us at care@zaitoonlifestyle.com with the return reason and order details.

Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to the address provided by our customer care.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

We aim to process all returns with 5-7 working days of receipt.

During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.

The team will do a quality check of the item returned. If it is found in right condition, then full refund will be processed within 15 to 20 days of us recieving the product

WHAT IS YOUR SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY?

The product/s must be unused, unstitched, unwashed  in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.

This is only applicable for orders delivered within India, for international orders please contact our customer support team and we will try to help you out in a possible way.

DO YOU OFFER REFUND?

We do offer credit refunds and exchange.

In the case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

For orders that were paid using Cash on Delivery, the refund would be sent in the form of coupon code which shall be valid for upto 1 year from the date of issue of store credit.

The minimum period for processing refund is 7-10 working days depending on the mode of payment.
